How It Works.

  • First 24 Hrs.

    After purchase you will recieve a email with a detailed questionnaire to complete. This provides me with information I need to help build you a customized plan that works for you and helps achieve the results you are looking for.

  • 72 Hrs: Your Journey Begins

    After I've put together your customized plan, we'll go over it, making sure it feels right for you. From there, I'll ask you to begin journaling your food and tracking your habit goals. This will help us both see how you're doing and make any necessary adjustments along the way.

  • Check-ins

    To ensure we're staying on track, I'll email you a weekly check-in. Once you submit it, I'll review it and we'll use that info to adjust your plan and provide you with habit goals that really work for you.

  • Zoom Calls

    How about we add a monthly Zoom call? It'll be a great way to catch up, face-to-face, and really dig into what's happening in your life and with your goals. Whatever you need help with, big or small, we'll talk it through. Consider it your monthly boost of support and encouragement!

  • Tracking the data

    We'll keep a close eye on your progress, and you get to choose what works best for you! We can use weight (if you like), measurements, or even photos to see how far you've come. And to make things seamless, you can connect your food diary and your favorite health apps, so we can see all your progress in one place, together.

  • The Final Result

    My goal is to provide you with the ongoing support and tools you need to succeed. We'll navigate your journey together, helping you reach both your short and long-term goals, while ensuring you feel confident and positive about the changes you're implementing.
